31 Jul Educating, Inspiring, and Unicorns

This was another month of traveling, teaching, educating and inspiring. I was honored to be on a panel for a workshop intensive here in Los Angeles called Step it Up. A group of successful actors, dancers, singers and agents answered questions and gave advice about making the transition into LA to become a professional dancer. It always feels great to give back to the community and inspire the next generation of entertainers, so I had a lot of fun.
 
In movie & acting news, The Bride from Vegas is finally in distribution, so I will keep you updated once I find out where you can view it. For now, here is some press about the next movie coming up. I also went to a casting director workshop with Scott David, the CD for Criminal Minds, and this is the second time in a row that the CD said that they loved my read and wouldn’t change anything about it, so I guess I’m on the right track, yay!
 

Lastly, I wanted to share a picture quote I found which I felt connected to and also made me laugh. As an
artist, we tend to be questioned for our choices and goals because they aren’t thought of as being “smart” or “normal”, but somehow it all works out, and it turns out we aren’t so delusional after all, lol.
